3. Payment & Third-Party Purchase Protection

  • We accept PayPal for invoice amounts less than JPY 100,000. PayPal Purchase Protection is available at no extra cost.
  • We accept credit card payment for any amount.

5. Duty & Custom Clearance

  • The buyer is responsible for import duties, import regulations, and customs clearance in the receiving country.
  • Import duties are usually collected by the delivery carrier. Please do not confuse these with additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark items as "gifts."

6. Returns & Refunds

Please contact us before initiating a return.

For buyer's reasons:

  • We accept returns for products valued at less than JPY 20,000 if unopened, unused, and undamaged in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for food, beverages, or certain other products.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For defective products:

  • Please provide photos of the damage (wide-view and close-up, including packaging) within 7 days of arrival.
  • We will process the refund after receiving the returned product.

7. Intended Use of Products

Personal Use: This shop is intended for individual consumers purchasing for personal use only. All items are shipped and declared as personal imports and are not for resale.

Business & Wholesale: Please contact us before placing an order for resale or commercial purposes. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply.

8. Shipping

  • Dispatch usually takes around 10 working days.
  • A surcharge may apply for "Out of Delivery Area" or "Remote Area" locations.
  • We use recycled materials for packing whenever possible.
  • We declare products as personal use on customs documents unless otherwise specified. We do not include restaurant or corporate names on shipping addresses.

About dimensional weight: International shipping from Japan is calculated based on dimensional weight (volumetric weight), not actual weight. Ordering 3 or more items together significantly reduces the per-item shipping cost. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before purchase.

9. Number Format

We use a comma (,) as the thousand separator. Example: 1,000 = one thousand.
