5) Duty, Custom clearance:

  1. The buyer is responsible for import duties (taxes), import regulations, and customs clearance in the receiving country. 
  2. We can share duty information we have found online for different countries; please contact us.
  3. Import duties are usually collected by the delivery freight (shipping) company or postal office. Please do not confuse these with additional shipping charges.
  4. We do not mark items as "gifts" for your purchases.

  1. We accept returns for products valued at less than JPY 20,000 if they are unopened, unused, and undamaged, including the original packaging.
  2. We do not accept returns for food, beverages, or certain other products.

For Defective products: 

  1. Please provide wide-view pictures and close-ups of the damage, including the outside packaging. Please inform us within 7 days of arrival.

This online shop is intended for individual consumers purchasing products for personal use only. All items are shipped and declared as personal imports and are not for resale.
