Please contact us before initiating a return.

For Buyer's Reasons

• We accept returns for products valued at less than JPY 20,000 if they are unopened, unused, and undamaged, including the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for food, beverages, or certain other products.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

For Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival at hi@cookgood.jp with:

• Your order number
• Wide-view and close-up photos of the damage, including the outer packaging

We will process the refund after receiving the returned product.
